Wine Shine's Ghost Chili brandy begins with their neutral brandy as a base. Over time, ghost chilis are slowly infused and allowed to macerate in high proof brandy. The natural botanicals of the clear brandy are allowed to express themselves fully while a subtle burn from the ghost chili is found as the liquor coats the mouth. This brandy is provides a great start to cocktails that require a little more spice and heat. It’s spicy on purpose! This ghost chili brandy in a Bloody Mary or Margarita is amazing.
Wine Shine and Tin City Distillery is more than vodka or whiskey; it's an idea, distilled down to its most passionate form. The idea that the Central Coast represents California in its purest sense, and our spirits are crafted to embody just that. Forged with intention and local wisdom, our brandy, vodka, gin, whiskey, and canned cocktails are created for you.
Following in the footsteps of my great grandfather who was arrested in Tennessee during prohibition for making shine; we do nothing different…except we have a license! I’m Patrick Brooks, the head distiller at Tin City Distillery and Wine Shine. We are located in the heart of Paso Robles, our drinking town with a farming problem. My background in law, teaching credential, wedding officiant experience, and employment as a voice over artist has all led me to crafting spirits. After all, we wouldn’t want you to go thirsty! Cheers!
