Wild Roots began in 2012 with a line of vodkas inspired by our roots in the Pacific Northwest. We noticed that in the already oversaturated world of vodka, something was missing. There were no natural options. Artificial fruit extracts, flavors and colors lined the shelves, and we were confident we could create something that would stand out above the rest. Through our desire for naturally infused spirits, Wild Roots was born.
As Pacific Northwest natives, we knew there were few places in the world that produced fruit as flavorful and abundant as Oregon’s Willamette Valley. The rich soil, pure water, and exceptional climate allow the fruit to develop an unparalleled taste. We were inspired by the local fruit and launched with our Red Raspberry and Marionberry infused vodkas, true Oregon favorites. From there we looked to what other fruits the region is known for, which is an abundance. We chose fruits that weren’t only rich in flavor, but history as well. Apple & Cinnamon came next followed by Pear, Dark Sweet Cherry, Cranberry, Peach and Huckleberry. We also launched our Wild Roots vodka which is 100 times filtered and exceptionally smooth. We extended the Wild Roots line with gins. We crafted a London Dry Gin that is truly gin simplified and perfected, as well as our first infused gin, Cucumber & Grapefruit. This gin is a refreshing and fresh twist on a classic.
Wild Roots’ distillery is situated at the base of the Cascade Mountain range, looking out at a trio of Sisters the town is named for. The location lends some of the cleanest water around which makes a huge difference in the end quality of our spirits. Wild Roots continues to strive to embody the best of the Northwest and always stay true to the fruit.

Pomegranate Crush 1.5oz Wild Roots Vodka 1.5oz Pomegranate Juice Juice from half a lime Club Soda Lime Wedge Fill a glass with ice. Pour in vodka, pomegranate juice and lime juice. Top with club soda and garnish with lime wedge.
Wild Mary 2 oz Wild Roots Vodka 1 Lemon wedge 1 Lime wedge 4 oz Tomato juice 2 dashes Tabasco sauce 2 tsp Prepared horseradish 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce 1 pinch Celery salt 1 pinch Ground black petter 1 pinch Smoked paprika Rim pint glass with celery salt. Fill with ice and set aside. Squeeze the Leon ad the lime wedges into a shaker and drop them in, dd the remaining ingredients and ice, shake gently, Strain into prepared pint glasses. Garnish with your choice of pickled vegetables.
