Wild Roots Cucumber & Grapefruit Infused Gin is refreshing and cucumber-forward with a citrus base and finish. This infusion is a bright, real-fruit twist on a classic. The cucumber provides a crisp sip while the grapefruit adds a more complex citrus element. No artificial sweeteners, flavors or colors.
Wild Roots began in 2012 with a line of vodkas inspired by our roots in the Pacific Northwest. We noticed that in the already oversaturated world of vodka, something was missing. There were no natural options. Artificial fruit extracts, flavors and colors lined the shelves, and we were confident we could create something that would stand out above the rest. Through our desire for naturally infused spirits, Wild Roots was born.
As Pacific Northwest natives, we knew there were few places in the world that produced fruit as flavorful and abundant as Oregon’s Willamette Valley. The rich soil, pure water, and exceptional climate allow the fruit to develop an unparalleled taste. We were inspired by the local fruit and launched with our Red Raspberry and Marionberry infused vodkas, true Oregon favorites. From there we looked to what other fruits the region is known for, which is an abundance. We chose fruits that weren’t only rich in flavor, but history as well. Apple & Cinnamon came next followed by Pear, Dark Sweet Cherry, Cranberry, Peach and Huckleberry. We also launched our Wild Roots vodka which is 100 times filtered and exceptionally smooth. We extended the Wild Roots line with gins. We crafted a London Dry Gin that is truly gin simplified and perfected, as well as our first infused gin, Cucumber & Grapefruit. This gin is a refreshing and fresh twist on a classic.
Wild Roots’ distillery is situated at the base of the Cascade Mountain range, looking out at a trio of Sisters the town is named for. The location lends some of the cleanest water around which makes a huge difference in the end quality of our spirits. Wild Roots continues to strive to embody the best of the Northwest and always stay true to the fruit.

Strawberry Cucumber Crush 1.5oz Cucumber & Grapefruit Gin 1oz Lemon Juice 0.5oz Simple Syrup 2-3 Strawberries 2-4 Cucumber slices Muddle ingredients except club soda in a shake, fill with ice and shake. Strain into a Collin glass filled with ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with a strawberry.
Gin-Jito 1.5 oz Wild Roots Cucumber & Grapefruit Gin 1 oz Lime juice 0.75 oz Simple syrup 6-8 Mint leaves Club Soda Muddle mint leaves, simple syrup and lime juice together. Pour in gin. Stir and fill with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with mint leaves.
