Created and run by Tom & Tina Warner, Warner’s Distillery sits in the rolling hills of Northamptonshire. Steeped in ancient farming history, the estate dates back to the 13th century Knights Hospitaller whose hand-built fish ponds were fed by the farm’s spring water.
Since launching in 2012, Tom & Tina have built an expert team, producing unique spirits, elegantly crafted from ingredients grown on the farm such as elderflower, angelica, verbena and lavender.
Avoiding its competitors industrial approach, the Warner’s process is painstakingly focused on creating the best-tasting liquid, combining traditional gin production and the best farm-grown ingredients for a contemporary twist on flavor.

Nose
The nose bursts with ripe, juicy raspberries and home-cooked jam. Hints of bramble vines add depth and spice.
Palate
Vibrant raspberry coulis covers the palate and melds with fresh, tart blackberries and juniper.
Finish
Elderflower and blackcurrant combine on the finish to give a soft and lingering zing.
Berry Cheeky Spritz
Fruity fans, this one’s for you. The cheeky berry flavours fresh from the hedgerow invigorate the British countryside feeling with every sip. Add a splash of dry rosé wine, peach liqueur and top with soda for the perfect sundowner. Bottoms up! Real gin has the countryside in.

Method
- Fill a wine glass with fresh cubed ice and add all ingredients.
- Give a quick stir and garnish.
