Known for his insatiable creative drive, Brandon is not only Sonoma Brother’s head distiller, he is the driving force behind the company’s innovation, design, and unique thumbprint in the industry of craft spirits. Whether it’s working endlessly to perfect spirit recipes, researching new techniques and equipment, or finding new ways to improve our label, Brandon never stops. Together with Chris, Brandon challenges us to continuously rise to the next level, to not remain complacent, and to always strive for improvement.
Brandon is not only committed to mastering the art of crafting exceptional spirits, he is also a devoted Police Sergeant, wonderful husband, and father to his two children.

Earl Grey Blackberry Bourbon Cocktail
1 ½ oz Sonoma Brothers Bourbon Whiskey
1 ½ oz chilled Earl Grey tea
½ oz simple syrup
½ oz St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur (optional)
Garnish with a blackberry and a sprig of rosemary
Muddle blackberry with simple syrup
Add bourbon, earl grey tea, pear liqueur (if using) and ice. Stir until chilled.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer into glass
Garnish with a blackberry and a sprig of rosemary.
Rosemary Honey Bourbon Cocktail
2 ¼ oz Sonoma Brothers bourbon
4 tsp Rosemary Honey Syrup
2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
1 orange peel
1 Rosemary sprig
Place 2-3 ice cubes into a rocks glass and set aside. Using a paring knife or a vegetable peeler, peel a 3" strip from an orange for garnish.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour the bourbon, rosemary honey syrup, and bitters into the cocktail shaker. Stir to combine, and pour the cocktail into the rocks glass.
Twist the orange peel over the cocktail and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
Rosemary Honey Syrup
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup water
2 fresh sprigs of rosemary
Pour the honey and water into a small saucepan and stir to dissolve the honey. Place the rosemary spring into the honey water. Place the saucepan over high and heat until the liquid comes to a boil. Remove from heat, and set aside to cool for 10 minutes.
Once cooled, remove the rosemary sprig. The syrup will keep in the fridge for about a week.
