The inception of Seven Tails is unique. Cognac, Armagnac and the finest French brandies aged 5 to 30 years are finished in port wine casks to achieve a rich depth of flavour, encompassing tasting notes of pecan pie, dried fig, blackberries and toasted vanilla.

VERY FRENCH MARTINI
Seven-Tails-Cocktails-Very-French-Martini
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Double strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with pineapple wedge.
