The whiskey is then carefully blended and bottled in the Livermore Valley at Sutherland Distilling Co., a facility known for its meticulous attention to quality and craft. Sweet cornbread and warm grain lead the nose, followed by notes of nectarine and white peach. On the palate, butterscotch, caramel, and vanilla unfold alongside gentle baking spice from the rye. The texture is smooth and rounded, offering balanced richness without heavy oak or aggressive spice. The finish is medium-long and warming, leaving lingering notes of toffee, toasted oak, honeyed bread crust, and a soft peppered spice.
