* 1.5oz Fresh Lemon
* .75oz Honey Simple Syrup
Combine Monday Mezcal, lemon, and honey syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into your favorite glass. Garnish with honey comb and charred lemon wheel.
