* 2oz MONDAY Gin
* 1.5oz Fresh Lemon
* 1oz Lavendar Simple Syrup
* 1oz Elderflower Tonic
Add Gin, Lemon, and Syrup with some ice to a shaker. Shake that! Strain over view to a cocktail glass. Add 1oz elderflower tonic and top with quality soda water
