LALO High Proof Blanco Tequila 2026 Release is a limited-edition expression created to showcase the bold, natural character of fully mature Blue Weber agave. Bottled at 48% ABV, this high-proof blanco offers a concentrated agave-forward profile while maintaining the clean, balanced character associated with LALO. Crafted with just three ingredients—fully mature agave, deep well water, and Champagne yeast—this unaged tequila emphasizes the natural flavors developed through careful agave selection and traditional production methods.

Our tequila is named after our founder, Eduardo “Lalo” González, the nickname given to him by his grandfather, the father of premium tequila, Don Julio González. Lalo continues the legacy of his father and grandfather with a bold new approach to perfecting blanco tequila.
After nearly a decade in the industry seeing tequila follow many different trends, friends David and Lalo sought to create a truly pure blanco tequila.
What began as a small, private batch for our friends & family in Guadalajara turned into a tequila high in demand for its taste and purity, so we are excited to now share LALO with the world.
LALO is not intended as a special occasion tequila, it is intended to make any occasion special.
Feel free to enjoy it however you like, we recommend that you share it with friends, and sip it neat, on the rocks or with a splash of soda to experience its fullest flavor.

As the next generation of Mexican tequileros, we take very seriously our responsibility to the communities that we work with. Through our labor standards and community development initiatives we are proud to support the local families of Los Altos de Jalisco.
Nose: Cooked and roasted agave leads, accompanied by fresh green vegetal notes, subtle earthiness, and hints of jalapeño, mint, and white pepper.
Palate: Rich cooked agave creates the foundation, followed by herbal character, earthy minerality, and a touch of savory salinity. The elevated proof brings intensity and structure while allowing the agave flavors to remain at the forefront.
Finish: Long and clean, with lingering agave sweetness, peppery spice, fresh herbs, and a subtle mineral note.
Spicy Pineapple Margarita
INGREDIENTS
2 oz LALO Tequila
2 oz Lime Juice
1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Grand Marnier
1 oz Agave Syrup
Rim with Salt or Tajín
Garnish with Jalapeño and Pineapple Slices
DIRECTIONS
Frost an old-fashioned glass with salt and Tajín. Add ice, LALO, agave syrup, lime juice, pineapple juice, and Grand Mariner. Stir with a bar spoon. Garnish with slices of jalapeño and pineapple. Makes one serving. ¡Salud!
