Distilled in Scotland, this includes both malted barley and grain, cut to pure water from the Cascade Mountains of Washington.
Having previously worked outside the USA for years, the idea to obtain foreign (UK) permits was a natural progression for us, and we wanted the fun and challenge of creating our own blend. The “Inner Harbour” name is our reflection on those moments when we are all at ease and comfortable with friends and family during challenging days and seasons. Our label’s blue and green colors are inspired by the blues in Puget Sound and summer skies, and greens of the Cascade and Olympic forests.
We are a craft distillery producing world-class whiskies and gins – as seen in our multiple gold, doublegold and other awards from national and international competitions. We make tasty and enjoyable ginfor people who “think” they don’t like gin. All our spirits are sipping spirits – meant to taste great rightout of the bottle. After some years in company and product development, including a move to- andthen back from Canada (!), we are wholly committed to super premium quality, using organic, sustainable and renewable ingredients whenever available. The 2 co founders, Ernie and Leigh Trothhave backgrounds in international business and trade, project and product development and qualitycontrol. Leigh has also been a senior software developer.

Pleasant aroma to start, initial sweetness and a silky mouthfeel, with pear, butterscotch and salted-caramel in the middle, leading to a lingering light smokey peat finish. Great served neat or over ice.
