Cowboy’s Martini Recipe
Ingredients:
2 oz Happy Cow Vodka
1 oz Fresh Espresso
½ oz Coffee Liqueur
½ oz Simple Syrup
Ice
Cocoa Powder (for garnish)
Instructions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup.
Shake hard—15 to 20 seconds—like you're breaking in a new saddle.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Dust with cocoa powder to class it up.
