Casa México Blanco is an unaged tequila crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the mineral-rich Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The agave piñas are slow-cooked in brick ovens, then crushed, naturally fermented, and double distilled to produce a clean, crystal-clear spirit. Blanco showcases the natural character of the agave, with bright notes of melon, pear, and citrus and a crisp finish. It is bottled additive-free at 40% ABV (80 proof). Versatile enough for sipping neat or over ice, it is also a clear, agave-forward base for margaritas, palomas, and other tequila cocktails. Each bottle holds 750 mL. Distilled at NOM 1589 in Jalisco.
