At Royal Oak, we craft authentic, high-quality Irish whiskey by balancing tradition with innovation. Our maturation process utilizes a variety of casks, including bourbon, sherry, and rare hand-selected Marsala wine casks from Sicily’s Cantine Florio (1833). This unique aging process enhances our Triple Cask Triple Smooth Blend and Single Grain expressions.

Indeed at Royal Oak Distillery, we proudly produce our whisky using only locally sourced raw materials. Moreover, we fully reclaim waste from cereal distillation and fermentation for animal feed, totaling over 20 million liters of liquid waste and 2.000 tons of solid waste.
