Our Harvest Gin is first distilled in direct-fire, traditional copper alembic pot stills in order to keep the wonderful aromas of the white wines. Then, it is distilled one final time in a column still so that we can infuse the botanicals and offer you this unique aromatic gin.

Krystle and Jason Jorgensen founded Alley 6 Craft Distillery in 2012. As artisans and business owners, the Jorgensen’s process is defined by a love for the craft and a deep appreciation for spirits.
Alley 6 is, first and foremost, a small independent family-owned business, built by thrifty nickels and a lot of brow sweat. Amidst some of the best wineries, cideries and breweries in the land, the distillery is a dream come true. Krystle & Jason first began to develop an interest in beer and winemaking after moving to Northern California. Jason started slinging drinks at a steakhouse where they sell some of the best whiskies in the world and soon fell head first into the craft-distilling arena. They began attending tastings and shows, touring local distilleries, and eventually going on a life-changing trip to Scotland.
They knew this was their life’s passion and could be happy making whiskey every day. Happy to say after many years of planning, practicing and endless daydreaming the first batch of Alley 6 Rye Whiskey hit the shelves Summer 2015.
Alley 6 is truly a small batch craft distillery that delivers you a one of a kind experience. The distillery produces premium spirits in small batches using traditional distilling techniques. Two 250 gallon Alembic Copper pot stills chug away to create our complex spirits. Every part of the process is done right here at the distillery in Healdsburg, Sonoma County, California—from milling the grain, to mashing, fermenting, distilling, barreling, and bottling. As a grain to glass distillery, Alley 6 is focused on quality ingredients, a hands-on process and unique flavor profiles. Experimenting with every step in the process has helped to better understand the effects of subtle choices on the final product resulting in spirits with deep complexity and character unlike anything you've tasted before.

This Gin isn’t your typical gin. It’s a seasonal, limited release aromatic grape-based gin we make once a year at harvest time. The floral aromatic white wines from local wineries is fermented and pressed at our distillery. We then distill it using traditional techniques. Once we have the base spirit, it’s finished with a combination of unique botanicals vapor-infused in a botanicals basket. We combine locally harvested California bay laurel and wild fennel along with juniper berries and an array of delicious botanicals. The result is a floral and complex spirit crafted to entice the most discerning palates.

2 oz Alley 6 Harvest Gin
1/2 oz White Grape Juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz lemon juice
8 mint leaves
1 oz Dry Lambrusco (such as Cleto Chiarli Lambrusco di Sorbara Vecchia Modena)
Combine all ingredients minus the Lambrusco in shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain through tea strainer into highball glass with ice. Top with Lambrusco and garnish with mint sprig.
