At 15 STARS, we take pride in producing outstanding aged whiskey. We meticulously craft all our products using only the finest quality materials. This includes selectively sourcing fine aged whiskeys, marrying different mash bills and aged stocks to add complexity, distilling rare and unique proprietary grains, barrel entry proofs as low as 103, and “flavor proofing” at bottling for a superior neat drinking experience. Sparing no expense or effort in our pursuit for great whiskey, we only bottle whiskeys that meet our highest standards.

A Toast to Kentucky
as the 15th State
Kentucky was recognized as the 15th state on the second u.s. flag carrying 15 stars and 15 stripes. During this celebrated period of Kentucky’s early statehood, highly skilled craftspeople produced fine artisan goods from high quality materials. Bourbon, foremost of these, has been crafted in Kentucky for over 225 years. We approach our work as early distillers did, honoring the spirit of their craftsmanship while being innovative in our quest to produce today’s finest aged whiskeys. NOSE: The nose is a fruit medley featuring concord grape, plum, blueberry, honeysuckle, vanilla extract, and dried fruit aromas of apple, banana, pear, and peach. These fruit notes are balanced by an ever-present background of baking spice and seasoned oak.
PALATE: Sugary notes of blackberry, dates, pineapple juice, golden raisin, and meringue introduce the whiskey to the palate, complemented by an incredibly viscous and creamy mouthfeel. Cinnamon, fresh wood, and light ground pepper calm the rush of sweetness.
FINISH: The finish is introduced by notes of mixed berries and fruit cake while grape, plum, and old oak carry on, completing the sip with a lasting finish.
