This is a place of wild horses and soaring hawks, of the gold rushers and ranchers, of dry desert valleys and towering snow-capped peaks. In the 1900's, the center of this desolate frontier town was the flour mill - trusted to turn the rich natural bounty of the land into invaluable sustenance for the growing community. Over 100 years later, the mill still stands: converted into a state-of-the-art distillery, and continuing in the same tradition of craft. Sourcing locally grown heirloom corn, rye and other grains, combined with snow-fed spring water, and distilled using custom copper-pot stills imported from Scotland. The result is small-batch, passionately-distilled and meticulously-aged whiskeys - each bottle signed and stamped with pride. Because it not only represents the embodiment of modern whiskey craftsmanship, it embodies the spirit of the people and richness of the land that is unlike anywhere in the country. And at the same time, shares the essence at the heart of every small town in America.
