Yellowstone spring water in Big Sky, Montana. Our unique hard red spring wheat
varietal has been line-select bred exclusively in this region for 105 years and can be
found nowhere else in the world. To intentionally emphasize the distinct flavors of the red wheat and its terroir, we distill our vodka one perfect time.
