Old Town Distilling Co., located in the brewing district of Fort Collins, is Northern Colorado's first and only certified organic distillery.In solidarity with local organic agriculture and in an effort to limit our carbon footprint, we source all raw ingredients from within the state of Colorado, working closely with neighboring organic farmers. We pride ourselves on sustainable business practices, ensuring complete production efficiency, filtering finishing water of chlorine and fluoride, recycling all components of our process, and providing spent vodka and whiskey grains to local cattle and hog farmers. We strive to craft the finest spirits possible that, while inspired by the traditions of our favorite distilleries, are wholly original in quality and concept and distinctive in taste.
Chief Distiller Jeremy Kempter founded OTD in 2014 after 10 years of owning and operating a cocktail bar and nightclub in Old Town Fort Collins.
