INGREDIENTS:
-2 oz Firme Mezcal Ensamble
-1 oz Grapefruit Juice
-3/4 oz Lime Juice
-1/2 oz Simple Syrup
-Pinch of Salt
-Top off Squirt
Build cocktail in salted tall glass with ice, top off with squirt soda, garnish with half grapefruit half wheel & Rosemary stem.
