Our family is a growing collective of industry professionals with extensive expertise in the production, the service, the history, cultural context, and markets of wine and spirits both in the United States and throughout Latin America. Our intentions are to redefine and elevate grapes spirits into a whole new category.
Sophisticated, yet fun and playful like the Spirit of California itself. Aromas reveal floral and herbaceous notes of jasmine and honeysuckle with satsuma mandarin, bergamot, green apple and asian pear.
Soft, yet full bodied with a round mouthfeel that enriches the complex palate of sea brine, cucumber and honeydew melon, lemon verbena and eucalyptus which evolves into a rich finish of blueberry, lavender and chocolate, wrapped in subtle spice notes of Ceylon cinnamon bark and white pepper.

Ingredients
• 2 oz Calisco
• 2 muddled strawberries OR 1/2 oz strawberry puree
• 1/4 oz lime juice
• ginger ale
The Build
•Muddle strawberries or add puree to glass
• Add Calisco and lime juice
• Fill with ginger ale
Garnish
• Lime wedge and strawberry
• Highball
