Humboldt’s Finest is a unique botanical spirit that drinks like a gin, but not. We infused this spirit with locally-grown hemp, as an homage to Humboldt County’s most iconic cash crop. The result is a refreshingly herbaceous spirit that presents notes of pine, cucumber, green tea, lemongrass and basil.

2 oz Humboldt’s Finest
5 Mint Leaves
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Gently muddle mint leaves in a shaker tin. Add ice and remaining ingredients and shake until very cold. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with rosemary to symbolize a coastal redwood.

1 oz Lime Juice
6 Basil Leaves Plus Garnish
Tepache to Top
Add everything except the Tepache to a shaker and muddle lightly. Add ice and shake. Fine strain into a coupe glass. Top with Tepache.
