Calisco Cocktails to Try at Home
Hotel California
Maracuya Sour
• 1 oz passion fruit puree
• .5 oz simple syrup
• .5 oz lime juice
• .5 oz lemon juice
• 1 egg white
Add all ingredients except ice to a shaker and shake well for 10 seconds. Add the ice cubes and shake vigorously for another 5 seconds. Strain into glass.
