1 oz coconut cream
1 oz lime
3/4 oz Demerara Syrup
1/4 oz Falernum
Passion Fruit Bitters 

DIRECTIONS

Pre Chill Collins Glass. Combine Ingredients in Tin. Add Ice from Collins glass. Shake and pour all contents. Garnish with Mint Sprig,Lime Wheel and Grated Nutmeg
