Our maturation process utilizes a variety of casks, including bourbon, sherry, and rare hand-selected Marsala wine casks from Sicily’s Cantine Florio (1833). This unique aging process enhances our Triple Cask Triple Smooth Blend and Single Grain expressions.

Moreover, we fully reclaim waste from cereal distillation and fermentation for animal feed, totaling over 20 million liters of liquid waste and 2.000 tons of solid waste.
