This special Gin is done 100% from scratch. We mash the grains, distill the base spirit, infuse & vapor distill. We distill our botanicals in separate batches, enabling us to craft our Gin exactly how we want it. This assures our best Gin every time. After we have our perfect combination, we blend the Gin to bottling proof w/ fresh cucumber water adding that perfect touch of freshness. This Gin is incredibly balanced, w/ a full mouth feel not typical to Gin. Voted best PA Gin distillery in 2015.
