Kindred components, such as\u003cbr\u003eZinfandel and Petite Sirah, were married early in the cellaring process, while\u003cbr\u003eother lots benefited from extended aging on their own and were only\u003cbr\u003eincorporated into the blend later. The final assemblage occurred three months\u003cbr\u003eprior to bottling, allowing the wine to integrate and mature as a cohesive\u003cbr\u003eblend. We exclusively use French oak barrels with a mix of light, medium, and\u003cbr\u003emedium-plus toasts, valuing their elegance and subtlety, which complement\u003cbr\u003eeach varietal component.
