All our Discovery Series releases push the boundaries of whiskey innovation, but Series #8 takes the program to a new level with our most complex creation to date. We start with an artfully crafted blend of Kentucky Bourbon, two Indiana ryes, and aged Canadian whiskey. We then add a custom selection of five oak staves that were created specifically to enhance the unique flavor of our original blend. The staves provide nuances that range from French toast to vanilla to Rioja barrels. The result is a celebration of innovation and a spirit bursting with flavor.

Our Collaborative Distilling Program brings together some of the most experienced distillers in the industry under one roof. This completely unique and inclusive process allows our customers to create alongside us and drives education, innovation, and experimentation. We produce nearly 40 unique mash bills for some of the finest whiskey and bourbon brands, including Jefferson’s, High West, Belle Meade, Hirsch, Calumet, James E. Pepper, Cyrus Noble, and many others, lead by three masters and a first-class team of operators, using some of the most sophisticated technology in distilling.
Maple, dark chocolate, baked cherry, and toasted oak create a captivating, complex aroma. The palate presents rye spice with luscious oak undertones that lead to a luxurious, long-lasting finish.
