Alex Thomas, one of a few female master blenders in the industry, has spent decades honing her craft. The Sexton Single Malt is the result of her passion for whiskey, made from 100% Irish malted barley and triple-distilled for smoothness in copper pot stills.
Alex perfected a shorter 4 year aging process to create the bold taste and smooth finish that is unique to The Sexton. Consciously aged in Oloroso sherry butts to achieve a depth of flavor from the wine-soaked barrel that surpasses its years.

Ingredients
1 OZ THE SEXTON
.5 OZ FRESH LEMON JUICE
.5 OZ GINGER SYRUP
EQUAL PARTS CLUB SODA AND DRY CIDER TO FILL
GARNISH: LUXARDO CHERRIES
DASH OF LUXARDO CHERRY SYRUP
Instructions
Shake vigorously with ice and strain into a highball glass over fresh ice. Top with club soda and dry cider.

1.5 OZ THE SEXTON
1 OZ FRESH BEET JUICE
.75 OZ FRESH LEMON JUICE
2 DASHES ORANGE BITTERS
GARNISH: BLOOD ORANGE PEEL

Shake vigorously with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.
